Machines
ERxS supplies machines for various (multiple) metal working operations. We have a complete programme for drilling, milling, turning, sawing and grinding. We would be glad to give you expert advice about the application of the most suitable machines in conventional, teach-in and CNC metal working. In addition we can give you advice about prototyping, one-off and small series work, with or without (semi-)automatic materials input.
We also have an extensive machine programme that is dedicated to technical education. We have considerable experience in the ‘turn-key’ development of complete practical classrooms.
We also specialise in band saws and circular saws, both horizontal and vertical, full-automatic, half-automatic, hand operated, for straight cutting and mitred sawing. We stock a wide range of vertical band saws and surface grinders too, both full-automatic and half-automatic versions, and we can provide you with input and output conveyor belts too.
The machines are on display in the showrooms in Rotterdam and ERIKS Service Center in Hengelo, and we can demonstrate them for you too.
At the time of delivery, our Technical Service staff instructs your personnel about operating the machines, and takes care of building on digital length measurement systems, for example. And after the guarantee has expired, we can perform the maintenance for you on the basis of a maintenance contract.
