Quick connect couplings

Van Eyle & Ruygers - Schwartz is uniquely specialised in the field of quick couplings with possibly the widest range of solutions on the Dutch market.

Our know-how

Quick connect couplings are one of our specialisms and we have extensive experience with all the possible applications. Our qualified staff are continuously trained to find the best solution for you. They can advise and offer the best technical coupling, at the best price, for every application.
With our quick connect couplings we are active in the following industrial sectors: the chemical and petrochemical industries, the foodstuffs industry, the pharmaceuticals industry, the medical sector, the machine and equipment building sector, the instrumentation sector, the automotive industry and even the furniture industry.

Our manufacturers

We source our quick connect couplings from reliable manufacturers in various countries. There is a clear distinction between metal and plastic quick couplings:

Metal quick couplings with a permitted working pressure of up to 1000 bars mainly come from the Tuthill Coupling Group where brand names such as Hansen and Gromelle guarantee excellent quality products.

  • Hansen has a factory in Berea in Ohio, USA and professes to be the inventor of the very first quick coupling. Using ultramodern machines, they mass-produce the classic quick couplings for chemical, compressed air and hydraulic applications.
  • Gromelle has a new factory in Annemasse, France, a stone's throw away from Geneva. At this location they develop and manufacture the latest types, specials and custom-made quick couplings for the world market.

In the field of plastic quick couplings, we are the unique importer of Colder Products Company (CPC) couplings.

Over the last 27 years, CPC has worked its way up to become the market leader in the field of plastic quick couplings with a number of unique designs and patents.

High-quality plastics are used that can resist all chemical liquids and gasses. With a unique clip construction the coupling is clicked together so that a leak free and even “dry-break” connection results.

Even developments in the field of electronics in the quick coupling are possible, for the purposes of determining and recording the correct connection.
