24-hour service

ERxS operates night and weekend shifts. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year we are available for urgent matters, for example if you are facing machine downtime. Our express procedures guarantee fast delivery at the most critical moments.

Own delivery department (daily)

Orders placed before 15:00 are delivered on the next working day.  For very urgent orders, our courier will be at your door even faster. Obviously you can collect the goods from our sales counter at any time of the day.

ERxS is continually investing in making ordering convenient for you, for example by collecting information relating to particular product groups in paper catalogues.

Hose assembly

ERxS has a hoses counter. Your hoses can be assembled on the spot by our Technical Department.

Technical Department

Our fitters carry out repairs on customer sites, deal with commissioning of machines, sort out breakdowns and do preventive maintenance. Larger machines are mostly repaired on site, while smaller repairs are done in our own service workshops in Rotterdam.
When machines are delivered, our Technical Department instructs your staff in their operation and, for example, also deals with the fitting of digital length gauges. After the expiry of the warranty period you can also have ERxS carry out the maintenance under a maintenance contract.

ERxS repairs a variety of devices and tools and calibrates torque wrenches in house. We can also provide you with an NEN 3140 test certificate.
